Tour Itinerary
Day 1 : HANOI ARRIVAL - HALF DAY CITY TOUR
Upon the arrival, you are met at the Noi Bai airport and transferred to the hotel by our driver (Early check in is not included) and then transfer you back to hotel. 8.00- 8.30: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City 08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century. 09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy It is the most unique padoga in the world Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagoda Ho Chi Minhs Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays. 11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam. Transfer to hotel to check in. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
Day 2 : HOA LU - MUA CAVE - TRANG AN (B/L)
7h30-08h30: Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel. We take you to Ninh Binh province which is far from Hanoi city about 120 km. 9h30 : Have a short break for 20 minutes to relax 10h30: The first destination in this trip is visit Hoa Lu ancient capital. This is the first capital of Vietnam. Come to visit Hoa Lu, you will learn about why the capital was moved to Hanoi nowadays. You are impressed on an outstanding architecture when entering temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 century. Try to feel ancient atmospheres in Hoa Lu ancient capital. 11h45: Have buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods goat meat, fried rice¦ Vegetarian food is always available in the buffet lunch. 13h00: Visit Trang An which was recognized by UNESCO as The world Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has the wonderful tunnel cave system so that Kongs Movie Group chose this place for New Version of Kong in 2016 Skull Island. Boat trip to visit Trang An to see the amazing beauty of this landscape with many caves such as : Sang Cave (Light Cave), Toi Cave (Dack cave), Nau Ruou Cave (Cooking Wine), green river and natural view. 15h30 : Get on the bus to go to Mua Cave ( Dancing Cave ). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach to the top of Lying Dragon Moutain, have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here. 16h30 -17h00 : Get on the Bus to return to Hanoi 19h30 : Arrive to Hanoi and get drop off at the Hotel.
Day 3 : HANOI - HALONG BAY (B/L/D)
07.45 -08.30: You will be picked up from your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter. Then we will head to Ha Long Bay. You may enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta along the way 11.30: Upon arriving in our lobby in Tuan Chau Marina, you may take a short stretch while our staff arranges all registration with the local government. 12.00 -12.30: The cruise captain and staff will welcome you onboard after a short tender transfer. While enjoying a refreshing welcome drink, a short cruise briefing and safety instructions will be given. 12.30 -13.00: the cruise voyages to Ha Long Bay one of the New Seven Nature Wonders of the World. Lunch is served on board while the cruise passes via amazing limestone karst formations that rise up out of the sea in an impressive manner. 14.00 -14.30: You will leave the cruise to explore Sung Sot Cave (also known as Surprise/ Amazing Cave), one of the biggest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. 15.00: Returning to cruise, the trip will continue to Ti Top Island. Here, you can watch the magnificent view over either the Gulf of Tonkin or swim in the emerald green and cool water. 17.00: After a long day, this is the ideal time to enjoy energizing drinks and snacks by joining Happy Hour or Cooking Class on the sundeck 19.30: Sumptuous Dinner is served. Enjoy delicious local food prepared and served for you by our wonderful onboard catering staff. 20.30: After dinner, various activities including karaoke, and squid fishing are organized. Or you can just laze around with exhilarating drinks from our bar. The rest of the day is spent at your leisure.
Day 4 : HALONG BAY - HANOI - FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH (B/BRUNCH)
06.15 - 07.00: Breakfast is served. It can be a great idea to enjoy the meal with the magnificent view of the sunrise in Ha Long Bay. 8.00 -9.30: The cruise gets closer to the center of the Natural Preservation Area. Join our guide on a short trip to Luon Cave. This magic work of nature shows you the formation of karst mountains. You can discover this time masterpiece by kayaking on your own. If you are lucky, you can catch great photos with mischievous monkeys jigging up and down around the cliffs. 9.30: our staffs on Cruise welcomes you back on board and it is time for checking out. 10.00: Whilst cruising back, delightful lunch will be served. 11.35: We return to the quayside in the south of the bay, where our visitors disembark in Tuan Chau Marina. And leave for Ha Noi on our shuttle. Transfer to the airport to take flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 5 : CU CHI TUNNELS - MEKONG DELTA (B/L)
06:45 - 07:00 Pick up at your hotels in Ho Chi Minh City. The trip to Cu Chi will take you an approximately one and a half-hour bus drive. Before exploring the tunnels, you will watch an introductory video about how the tunnels were made and how Vietnamese people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining areas and tunnel system which include special living areas with kitchens and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze like tunnels for the security purpose during the war. Afterwards, special tea and cassava (guerrillas food during the war) will be served. Break time. Have lunch at the local restaurant. Continue to visit My Tho city. With boat trip on Tien River, you will be excited by the light breeze from the river and the natural beauty of four beautiful islands such as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise along the riverside. Cruise through the small canal by sampan, treating yourself to the beauty of the countryside, and taking a short cycling around the village which will certainly be an unforgettable experience when participating in the Mekong Delta tour. Visit the coconut candy workshop, and enjoy seasonal delicious fruits & honey tea. Get a chance to listen to the Southern Vietnamese folk music which is performed by local people. Return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Saigon
Day 6 : Departure
After breakfast, you are free to go shopping until transfer to airport to take back home.

Cancellation Policy:
- Prior to 45 days or more - 40% of tour cost
- Between 44-31 days of departure - 50% of tour cost
- Between 30-11 days of departure - 75% of tour cost
- Within 10 days to date of departure - 100% of tour cost
Terms and Conditions:
- Rates valid for Indian nationals. Air tickets and hotels are subject to availability.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport. Without valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
- All transfers and sightseeing are as per the itinerary/package, and in case of air-conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills.
- The inclusion of an extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
- The standard check-in time is 1400hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.
- Any kind of personal expenses (Laundry, room service, etc.) or optional tours/extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. The company will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
- In case of non-availability of the above-mentioned hotels, similar category hotels will be provided.
- The company reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the offer at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice.
- Mandatory surcharges or Gala dinner supplements on long weekends, events, exhibition dates, or specific festive dates like Diwali, Christmas, and New Year period, etc. will be borne by guests directly.
- The company will not bear any cost for flights canceled or delayed due to bad weather or any other reason given by the airline. The cost of accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.
- There would be no refund for roadblocks at any places en route due to natural calamity. The alternate accommodation cost at any places en route should be borne by the passenger directly.
- No refund or compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
- Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check-in; floor or view preferences are not guaranteed.
- Food menu as per the availability of vegetables based on buffet or fixed menus.
- These are promotional rates and can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Pricing of the package is based on the correct age. Booking with incorrect age may incur a penalty at a later stage.

We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only , subject to availability at the time of confirmation . First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost .
